Personal, In-person Coaching
Work one-on-one with a recovery coach who understands the unique challenges of gaming addiction and helps you set goals, build habits, and stay accountable.
Structured Routine
We help you rebuild your daily rhythm with purpose-driven routines that reduce screen time, improve focus, and support your mental well-being.
Whole-Person Recovery
When gaming takes over, it can feel like you’re losing your son.
Maybe he's withdrawn. Maybe his sleep, grades, or relationships are falling apart. You’ve tried to set limits, reason with him, even take things away—but nothing seems to change.
At OnwardWell, we work with young men ages 16–30 who are struggling with video game addiction and the emotional challenges that often come with it—like anxiety, depression, isolation, or loss of motivation. We offer a comprehensive recovery coaching program that’s designed to create real change—not through punishment, but through partnership.
Our approach is grounded in four pillars: Advocacy, Accountability, Support, and Love.
That means your son will be met by a coach who believes in him, challenges him, supports him daily, and helps him reconnect with what matters—family, friendships, and his future.
If you're ready for a different kind of help, one that doesn’t shame or blame, we’re here. Let's work together to help your son find his way forward.
Individual Therapy
For those facing deeper emotional challenges, individual therapy provides a safe space to explore underlying issues like anxiety, depression, or trauma. Licensed clinicians guide the healing process, offering insight and tools to support long-term mental health and behavioral recovery.
Individual Coaching
Our coaching program offers structured, non-clinical support focused on building healthy routines, accountability, and motivation for change. Clients work one-on-one with a trained recovery coach to set goals, replace harmful habits, and rediscover purpose beyond the screen.
Family Coaching
Gaming addiction affects the whole family. Our family coaching sessions help parents and loved ones set healthy boundaries, improve communication, and become effective allies in the recovery journey—without blame, shame, or disconnection.
Case Management
Our case management services ensure nothing falls through the cracks. We coordinate care, communicate with schools or other providers (with consent), and help families navigate resources so clients stay on track and fully supported.
"When I first met Mark and the team at OnwardWell, our family was in crisis and my life had become unmanageable. My own addiction had become known to my wife and our broader family, I was in the grip of a dark depression and I knew if I didn't get help, I didn't have the will to live. There is no "cure" or magic bullet, but Mark's approach has saved our family and my sanity and I would not be in a state of mental wellness today were it not for him."
