“We caught him watching it again last night… I don’t know how to reach him anymore.”
If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. And you’re not failing as a parent.
Pornography addiction can leave families feeling scared, helpless, and unsure what to do next. You see the isolation. The withdrawal. The lying. The shame.
At OnwardWell, we help teens and young men break the cycle—through daily accountability, expert coaching, and family support.
You don’t have to figure this out alone.

Reclaim Your Son's Future
Adolescent boys and young men today are exposed to more explicit content than any generation before them. Many get stuck in an unhealthy cycle of secrecy, shame, and compulsive porn use—often before you even realize what’s happening.
At OnwardWell, we provide expert coaching, therapy and support to help your teen develop healthy habits, rebuild trust, and regain control.
Why Families Choose OnwardWell
Specialized Coaching for Young Men
We focus exclusively on helping young men ages 16–30 struggling with pornography, gaming, or behavioral habits.
Family-Centered Approach
You’ll be involved—not blamed. We help you support your son’s recovery in a way that builds connection and trust.
Private and Respectful
No shame, no judgment. Just experienced coaching built on compassion, structure, and a deep understanding of teen behavior.
Clinical Support When Needed
We’re a coaching program, not a treatment center—but when appropriate, we collaborate with licensed therapists to ensure your son gets the support he needs.

What Our Clients Are Saying
"Since you entered my life a handful of months ago, it has improved. I may not seem to always enjoy our time together, but I'm so grateful to have you every single day.
You've taken so much time and effort to help me and I can't wait to return the favor...
The trajectory of my life has changed since I met you and you deserve to be celebrated. I love you, man"
"...I never would have had the coping skills to deal with the added stress, nor would my wife ever have understood her own codependence and anxiety had it not been for the profoundly beneficial impact Mark has had on our family.
I would not be in a state of mental wellness today were it not for him."
Answers for Concerned Parents
What exactly is coaching, and how is it different from therapy?
Coaching focuses on behavior, structure, and goal-setting. It’s forward-looking and action-oriented. Unlike therapy, coaching is not clinical or diagnostic. At OnwardWell, we guide teens and young men toward better habits and help families rebuild trust—with empathy, consistency, and practical tools. When therapy is needed, we collaborate with licensed professionals.
Will my son have to talk about uncomfortable things?
We never force conversations. Our coaching relationship is built on respect and connection. Teens and young men are encouraged to explore their behaviors, choices, and goals at their own pace. Over time, we help them gain insight and feel empowered to change.
What if my son doesn’t want help?
It’s common for teens and young men to feel resistant at first. We offer an approach that feels safe and non-judgmental. Often, once they realize we're not here to shame them, but to support them, they're open to engaging. We also coach parents on how to encourage healthy participation.
Is this confidential?
Yes. We prioritize privacy for both the teen and the family. Coaching sessions are held in strict confidence. We also offer private consultations for parents so they can feel supported even if their son isn’t ready to participate.
How involved will I be as a parent?
You’ll be involved—without being blamed. Our coaching process includes guidance for parents so you can support your son effectively, without power struggles or guilt. We believe family plays a key role in recovery, and we help you strengthen that role.
Is this faith-based?
No. Our coaching is grounded in behavioral science, respect, and personal values. While we welcome all spiritual perspectives, our work is not affiliated with any religious or ideological group.
Does this only help with pornography?
While pornography is often the presenting issue, we also help with related behaviors like compulsive screen use, gaming, and online secrecy. Our coaching supports healthier digital habits, emotional awareness, and stronger self-control overall.
How quickly will we see results?
Every person is different, but many families report a shift in communication and behavior within the first few weeks. Lasting change takes time, and we support families through each stage of the process.
