If you’re struggling with behavioral addictions—whether it’s pornography, digital overuse, or gaming—you’re in the right place.
Hi, I’m Mark, and I understand what it’s like to feel trapped by addiction.
Years ago, my pornography addiction nearly destroyed everything that mattered to me—my career, friendships, family, and financial stability. I was so consumed by my behavior that I didn’t care about anyone, not even myself.
I didn’t like who I had become.
Maybe you find yourself walking a similar path? Perhaps addiction has started to strain your closest relationships. Or maybe you’re noticing how your habits are taking a toll on your mental well-being and daily life.
Do any of these sound familiar?
- You feel ashamed, guilty, or stuck in a cycle you can’t escape.
- You hide your behavior from loved ones out of fear or embarrassment.
- Your focus on work, relationships, or life goals is slipping away.
- You keep making promises to quit but feel powerless to follow through.
- Your actions have become riskier—like using digital content in inappropriate settings or engaging in dangerous online behavior.
If any of these resonate with you, know that you are not alone—and it’s okay to seek help. There is a way forward, and we're here to support you through every step.
Through confidential, personalized coaching, you’ll learn to:

Hey there! I know you must be curious about me. You'll get to hear my full addiction and recovery journey during the program. Right now, I wear many hats - from being a business owner to a friend, a family member, and yes, an addict. Through more than two decades of recovery, I've discovered my capabilities and the tools to live my best life.
My fundamental belief, as a person, an addict, and a coach, is that connection is key. You'll often find me on the phone, enjoying a cup of coffee at a local shop, or participating in events with fellow addicts, friends, and family.
I proudly identify as gay and share my home with my cat, Gertie, outside of New York City.
I'm looking forward to meeting you!
What is the difference between coaching and therapy?
Coaching and therapy both offer valuable support, but they differ in focus and approach. Therapy helps individuals heal from past trauma, mental health challenges, or emotional distress, often exploring the root causes of behaviors. Coaching, on the other hand, is forward-focused, concentrating on setting goals, developing strategies, and building skills for personal growth and behavior change.
While therapy is typically conducted by licensed mental health professionals, coaching offers practical guidance and accountability to help you take actionable steps toward your goals. Many people find that coaching complements therapy by providing structure and motivation to implement what they’ve learned in their healing process.
Are you a therapist or counselor?
No. I am a fellow addict, acting as a coach to help you recover from behavioral addiction. Internet pornography became my life and I was able to crawl out of it and become a successful family member, business owner, and friend. I want the same for you.
We're not doing therapy when we meet. We're working through a structured program of recovery. Often meeting with a psychotherapist is recommended as addicts often have issues that require psychotherapy to resolve.
Will my participation in the program be confidential?
Absolutely. We take your privacy very seriously. All interactions, including coaching sessions and group meetings, are conducted with the utmost confidentiality to ensure your comfort and trust.
Confidential Participation: From the moment you join the program, your identity and involvement are protected. We take great care to ensure that your participation is kept private, allowing you to engage fully without fear of exposure.
Confidential Progress: Your progress and all discussions in individual coaching sessions, group meetings, and daily check-ins are treated with the highest level of confidentiality. This ensures that you can speak openly and honestly about your experiences and challenges.
If you are a danger to yourself or someone else, we must report by law.
The only other circumstance under which your confidentiality might be broken is if we receive a court order requiring us to disclose information. In such rare cases, we will comply with the law while making every effort to protect your privacy to the fullest extent possible.
What if I experience relapse during the program?
Relapses are a common part of the recovery process. Our program includes strategies for managing relapses and setbacks, helping you understand why they happen and how to recover from them. Your coach and support network will be there to guide you through these moments.
Are these programs religiously based?
No, this is not a religious-based program. While spirituality will be discussed, it will be in a non-religious context. The focus will be on personal growth, mindfulness, and finding inner strength, which are universal concepts that can benefit everyone regardless of their religious beliefs. Our goal is to provide support and guidance that aligns with your individual values and beliefs, helping you on your path to recovery in a way that feels comfortable and meaningful to you
Can the program be customized to my specific needs?
Absolutely. Every individual is unique, and customization is a key part of the coaching process. From the very beginning, we work with you to identify your specific challenges and set meaningful goals that align with your needs. Your coach will tailor strategies and support to fit your personal journey, ensuring the program evolves as you grow and progress. This personalized approach helps create sustainable change and keeps you focused on achieving the outcomes that matter most to you.
Do you take insurance?
Since coaching is not a medical or clinical service, it isn’t covered by insurance. However, we understand that financial flexibility is important, so we offer payment plans to help make our programs accessible. If you have any concerns about payment, we’ll work with you to find a solution that fits your situation.
Is the program online or in-person?
Your geographical location plays a pivotal role here.
For the sake of convenience, we primarily conduct our group meetings via online platforms. On the other hand, individual coaching sessions offer the flexibility of being either virtual or face-to-face, depending on your proximity.
I strongly advise opting for several in-person sessions whenever possible, as they tend to be significantly more impactful.
Does my spouse, partner or family have to know?
Coaching is completely confidential and can be done without your family knowing, if that’s your preference. However, addiction often affects not just the individual but the entire family. Involving your spouse, partner, or family as part of your support system can be incredibly valuable for long-term recovery. While it's not required, we encourage open communication when possible to foster healing and strengthen relationships.
